Dr Tanja Wolf is Technical Officer at the World Health Organisation’s European Centre for Health and Environment.

She is a specialist in climate change and health and works on the scientific evidence on health effects of climate change. She assists Member States in development and implementation of policies to protect health from climate change and extreme events, with a focus on spatial analysis and mapping.

Her special interest is sustainable development and cross country monitoring, and evaluation of implementing the WHO European Framework to protect health and wellbeing from climate change.

Tanja was awarded her PhD in Medical Geography from King’s College London and her Masters from the University of Bonn.
