Univ.-Prof. Dr. Diedrich Bruns is a landscape architect and urban planner at Kassel University in Germany.
Diedrich has led his landscape engineering and consulting firm since 1985. Outside of Europe he has worked on research and teaching assignments in Africa, Asia and North America.
Since 1997 Diedrich has held the chair of Landscape Planning and Land Use at Kassel University. His current teaching and research interests are in participatory planning methods, particularly with respect to inclusiveness and early public involvement. Diedrich holds degrees in landscape architecture and planning from the Universities of Hanover and Stuttgart.
Diedrich is a member of the BlueHealth External Advisory Board.
